How it works, what it costs, and the fine print, in one place. The only price that counts is the one I text you in writing before I start.
Why not just hire a web designer?
Most charge a few thousand dollars up front, then hand you the keys. After that, keeping it online, fixing it, and changing it are on you.
No setup fee. You pay your first month when you say yes to the design, and that covers the build. I build it, I run it, and when you need a change, you text me. I use modern tools so it costs less. A real person, me, checks every change.
How it works
- Tell me about your business. Text or call. No forms, no meetings you have to sit through.
- See your home page first. I send it to your phone. Like it? It goes live. Don't? You owe nothing.
- Text me changes. New hours, a new photo, a new price. Done within two business days, usually faster.
What it costs

No setup fee. A one-year commitment, then leave any time, free.
You see a mockup of your home page before you pay a dollar. Don't like it? You owe nothing. Like it? Your first month covers the build, and monthly billing starts when your site goes live. Leaving in the first year means paying the rest of that year.
$99 is my founder rate: the first 10 businesses keep it as long as they stay. After that, from $149.
What's included
- Custom site. Up to 5 pages and a contact form. No templates.
- I run it. I keep it fast, secure, backed up, and up to date. If something breaks, I fix it.
- Changes by text. Hours, prices, photos: done within 2 business days. Bigger ones get a price first.
- Ready for Google. Set up so people who search for you find you, and I help link it to your Google listing.

Plain terms
- The quote is the price. Locked for year one. After that, 30 days written notice before any change.
- Your web address (domain), words, and photos are always yours. You buy the domain (about $15 a year). I set it up.
- Once your first year is paid, the site is yours too. Just ask. Stay for the service, not because you're stuck.
- If I ever close up shop: 90 days notice, and your whole site, free.

Common questions
Who owns my web address?
You do. It's in your name and your own account. You pay about $15 a year for it, and I set it up.
Who owns the website?
Your words, photos, and logo are always yours. Once your first year is paid, the site itself is yours too. Just ask, and I'll send it or move it wherever you want.
How long do I have to stay?
One year. After that, it's month to month.
How do I cancel?
After your first year, text me. No fee and no notice needed. Your site stays up through the month you paid for. Leaving in the first year means paying the rest of that year.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Your first month is paid when you say yes to the design, and that covers the build. Monthly billing starts when your site goes live.
How fast are changes?
I reply within 1 business day and finish within 2. Most are faster.
Do I have to learn anything or log in?
No. Text me what you want changed. That's it.
I already have a website. Can I switch?
Yes. You keep your web address, and I move it over to the new site.
Is my site safe?
I keep it secure and up to date. Every version is saved, so if anything goes wrong, I can put it back in minutes.
Will people find me on Google?
Your site is set up so people nearby can find you, and I check your Google listing. Nobody can honestly promise you the top spot.
What if I need an online store or more pages?
Text me what you have in mind. You'll get a price before I start, and it won't change.
What if something happens to you?
Your web address and everything you gave me are always yours. If I ever close up shop, you get 90 days notice and your whole site, free.
